NiQ Health acquired CarePlus™, one of the leading care management systems for hospitals and aged care applications in January 2010. CarePlus™ was originally launched in Australia in October 2008 by ELA Systems who have installed 300+ systems.
NiQ Health was formed by a group of international entrepreneurs to bring the innovative CarePlus Care Management Information System™ to a wider worldwide market. We have a wealth of experience of developing and marketing IT systems in the healthcare sector, as well as investing in many technology based ventures.
In 2013 NiQ Health achieved the Business Professional Certificate from techUK. This certificate recognises our commitment to best practice across our operations and to a high level of professionalism. NiQ Health’s business processes, standards and procedures have been recognised as having met the high levels demanded by techUK’s benchmarking process.

ClinicAll has been developing and installing patient infotainment systems in hospitals and rehabilitation clinics all around the world since 2002. Their aim is to give patients access to state-of-the-art communication and information channels directly at their bedside. In 2012 they announced a strategic cooperation with Microsoft to develop a new operating system, based on Windows 8, which is ideally suited for use in hospitals.
HSP plan and design integrated telecommunication, ICT and security concepts, according to their clients specific needs and desires. As experienced consultants they work with their clients to ensure that communication solutions are implemented properly and reliably.
We have partnered with NiQ Health to assist in driving the NiQ Healthcare proposition to a higher level of value addition for its customers as it expands internationally. Our goal is to enable the management team of a NiQ customer to optimise business management using patient experience as the start-point. We will work with NiQ customers to:
